Outback Rodeos Inc. was formed in 2021 by a group of passionate Goldfields rodeo enthusiasts to assist local shires in delivering rodeo events to remote regional area of WA.
Matt Ralph - Committee
Matt is Kalgoorlie local, Owner operator of his business Direct Maintenance Contracting, Matt is passionate about giving Goldfields families something special to go to and be apart of in the region. Matt loves to be involved and is also a passionate Hannans Cricket Club member.
Bodean Buckingham – Committee
One of the original founders of Outback Rodeos INC and passionate advocate for Rodeo and community events in the Goldfields, having lived in the Goldfields for over 20 years, Bodean enjoys seeing people come together to get things done, enjoy a great show and get their boots dirty.
Nathan Musgrave – committee
A rodeo enthusiast and participate from a young age Nathan is keen to deliver the Coolgardie Rodeo to the Goldfields community. As the General Manager for Access Hire Kalgoorlie, Nathan is passionate about bringing the community together. Access Hire Kalgoorlie are massive supporters of many community events in the Goldfields, Nathan is proud to be able to support his region.
Andrew Weston – Committee
Goldfields Advocate, Owner-Operator of Weston Yard Services and passionate community minded person who likes to gives back, volunteer Fire and Ambulance Officer. Andrew enjoys ensuring all our patrons are safe and having fun.
sHannon Anthony - Committee
Shannon is passionate about all things Goldfields working in her thriving local business Goldfields Stockfeeds. Shannon not only sponsors our event but she is our organisational queen who works behind the scenes and at co-ordinates the Junior Rodeo and events. She believes events like the rodeo are important to showcase the beauty of the goldfields.
Jason DeCampo – Committee
External representative for Cooper Fluid Systems and advocate for local events in Goldfields having been a big part of the Menzies, Coolgardie Rodeos previously Jason loves seeing the community come together for major events and drive tourism in the region. Jase is our heavily involved behind the scenes guy who is always reliable and just keeps getting it done.
Darren Hovingh – Committee
Territory Manager for Holdfast Australia and long-standing Goldfields local, Darren is heavily involved in community and sporting groups and enjoys seeing the team work together to put on a major draw card event in the Goldfields. Passionate about increasing awareness of our tourism assets in the Goldfields Darren is amazing at getting involved and getting things done when it needs to.
CHUCK THOMAS - COMMITTEE
Chuck is an adventurous photographer based in Coolgardie WA the heart of the Goldfields. Having a wealth of experience in tourism, the arts, and large events he brings a unique perspective to the board. Chuck owns Remote Digital Imagery, a multi service business supplying the goldfields with commercial photography, film production, PA hire, Drone Operations, Photobooth and Remote Connectivity Solutions
Ethan Patterson - COMMITTEE
Ethan is our super friendly, keen committee member, his day time job see’s him learning from the best at Access Hire Kalgoorlie, Ethan is currently going through his apprenticeship with the team at Access and loves helping out at Rodeo and the other community events Access Hire Supports. Ethan is an avid gamer and loves his sport and tucker. If you see him about drop him a “howdy”.
Elodie Weston - Committee
Elodie is amazing She’s team leader/manager 360health & community passionate about helping people with chronic medical conditions and NDIS support.
Elodie is Born and bred Kalgoorlie, Volunteer Ambo and loves camping and bulling riding events in the goldfields
Dylan Haynes (Joe Dirt) – Committee
Brought up in the scrub and raised in trucking and touring, Kalgoorlie local and proud Goldfields resident, Enjoys camping, getting amongst it with his mates and lending a hand. Passionate Rodeo advocate and goer having been to over 20, Joe chucked his hand up and wanted to help out!
